At present iMetal comprehending a plant of 80.000 ㎡ with around 300 employees could produce fittings from 1/2" to 72" without wall thickness limitation specially in carbon and alloy steel including A420 WPL6, A234 WPB, WP5, WP9, WP11, WP91, A860 WPHY52, WPHY60, WPHY65, P235GH TC1, P265GH.
iMetal uses computerized production facility together with skilled staff to ensure premium products. Furthermore, every year, iMetal has staff get trained in leading Italian fittings manufacturer for whom iMetal is providing OEM service because of much lower cost in China.

In order to strengthen its position on the markets, iMetal purchased a flange mill in July, 2021 from Dingxiang county, Shanxi province specially for carbon steel flange like A105, P250GH, P280GH etc.
